Kidokinetics Kidokinetics empowers children to play confidently by providing a fun introduction to sports through physical education and enrichment programming for children. We are a physical education and enrichment program that introduces children to sports and activities in a fun non-competitive environment. Our goals are to help develop motor skills, enhance movement skills and help children improve self confidence and social skills. We enable children to be competent at the basics of different sports and activities. Kidokinetics exists to make future generations made better through play.

This program is inspired by Sidney’s love of running and the outdoors. We will focus on keeping running fun using games and active play to build strength, speed, agility and mobility. The goal is to ignite a love of running in elementary school age children that continues through their lifetime. All proceeds from this class fee will be going directly to the non-profit Rainbow Fund.
